Becoming a lot more confident on Teams and Onedrive. Adele the trainer was first class and explained things in a simple matter that was so easy to understand so good to have face to face training. Sarah does a great job at involving everyone, without making people like they have been put on the spot. She delivered it empathetically given some of us discovered less favourable characteristics of management style.
