Good course for someone new to management and/or project management
It was well run and engaging. Definitely worth doing. The location and entry to various online resources would be better if centralised.
While the break out rooms were good for meeting other course attendees and understanding the diversity of backgrounds and experience, it would have been good to have the opportunity to have a bit more continuity with other candidates. This may happen over the course but I found it unhelpful to find myself 'bubbled' at the end with someone I hadn't met in a break out room earlier in the day and so have no feel for how we may be able to support each other. Rachael was a very personable facilitator presenting the concepts in a clear and understandable way
good involvement from everyone rather than just listening to the speaker.
Together, all the topics which was covered in module one has helped me to to step up and be mature as a leader. They guide me toward building a team culture rooted in trust, compassion, and shared growth a place where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to bring out best my selves together.
