I found the course really useful and practical and will definitely use things I have learned with my teams. The hourly breaks were also great, as it meant that the whole day wasn't draining.

The course material covered a lot in a good, well structured manner, although I did feel like the 3x 90mins took full concentration and I was drained by the end of the course. I'm not sure how this could be changed though as I learnt a lot and the structure was great. Possibly 5 min break to be taken in each of the 90mins

Jo was great, very personable. We were able to build trust as a group and felt like a safe space to do so.

Really great session, the facilitator was great at engaging everyone and found the session very valuable. It has helped me build on my knowledge of Excel and can translate it into my everyday work.

A really fun and engaging session. The training was perfectly thought out and our trainer tailored their approach to the different levels of abilities within our small group.

I felt that I have learnt quite a few new things about using Teams that I wasn't aware of before this training and I will definitely be able to use them in my job
