Well planned course and encouraged interactivity. Adele was very communicative and relatable and spoke to all the group trainees by first name. Would highly recommend further courses. Thank you very much - Roxy

I really like Paul's training style, I had done this course before but I realised that coming back to it, I had progressed since attending the last one.

The course gave me the confidence to realise my skill set and how much it aligns to project management even though this is neither in my JD or job title. I will be confident adding this training and skillset to my CV.

I did not enjoy the course as I felt the trainer was talking at me rather than demonstrating. This approach does not align with my learning style. Additionally, the first 15 minutes of the session were spent on introductions, which I found irrelevant and a waste of valuable learning time, especially since there were only two participants. When the trainer did share her screen, it was too small, and I had to repeatedly ask her to zoom in. Compared to other training courses I have attended, this session was not delivered well. Much of the time was spent discussing what not to do, rather than showing how to do things correctly. This left me confused and unable to process the new skills effectively. Furthermore, I felt uncomfortable as the trainer frequently called on me to answer questions, despite my earlier explanation that I was not familiar with the material.
