Really enjoyed the training and learnt so many new things. As a very kinaesthetic learner, I appreciated how interactive it was and the ability to practice alongside the trainer, plus the short optional practice activities between sessions.

For myself, it would've been useful to see some more details on things like integrations with other programmes such as Teams and Salesforce. This was mentioned but more on a surface level than any practical examples. However I completely appreciate this is probably beyond the scope of this sort of training, especially considering the many possible integrations. Overall I enjoyed the session, and appreciated that Gill did it via screensharing in Asana instead of using a powerpoint. She was great at adapting the flow of the session to our skill levels and questions.

I was impressed by the training session. Rachael was able to clearly articulate the concepts and let the audience engaged on it. The practical examples and interactive activities she incorporated made the training impactful. Thank you Rac.! But I faced a problem in network connection. I suggest a face-to- face training for such important and impactful training.
