The workshop was insightful and thought-provoking. It reinforced the importance of being aware of how our leadership behaviours and assumptions can unintentionally limit others, even when our intentions are good. I will be more proactive in seeking feedback and using it to continuously improve my leadership effectiveness.
The course was good, helpful and informative. It would be beneficial for the employer and course provider to check the reason and purpose of the training and to ensure attendees have the necessary licenses before commencement of the course.

Was sceptical and not keen on attending thinking I had too much work to get on with but the course was very helpful I liked the pace and tone of it and the exercises were also good.

Great workshop. Lots of useful, actionable items that can be used. Good pacing. Lots of space for reflection. Good balance of information and breakout spaces. Seven participants was a good number of people - everyone had time to speak without being rushed. Paul was a good workshop leader with a nice manner, seemed genuinely interested in what everyone had to say. I was engaged throughout the whole workshop.
The training was great !Really clear, practical and easy to understand. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to reflect on my own ways of working. Paul was fantastic, and I took a lot away from the session that I’m looking forward to trying myself and introducing to the wider team.
