Great pace with mixture of discussion and team work

Good training, some refresher and some new stuff, all valuable and I will use.

Great overview course, I'd like more time so longer course to deep dive more into this subject

Very good course

I thought Nicky did a great job of involving us and it was an interesting course with plenty of breaks. I usually find all day online courses hard work, but I didnt with this one.

The course got me to reflect on delivering training and how I can facilitate that delivery rather than teach it to create a collective intelligence.

I had a great time at Happy, the lesson was very informative.

Really good session. Paul was a great facilitator and the day broken up very well. Learned a lot, although feel like my brain may have turned to mush with some things, but a really good course.

Great course and Paul was a great facilitator full of jokes and knowledge that kept the room alive, awake and interactive. Didn’t think I would enjoy a day re-learning grammar and punctuation but I did and I would recommend this training.
