very useful course, delivered with great pace and calmness.

Very insightful and informative training.

The course was useful but there were a lot of exercises and group work and I felt less learning from the tutors today as in new theory and ideas. Also the exercises were not focused on my work in terms of context, so it would be better to work on applying tools and knowledge to my own work, even if this is thinking about it on your own for 5 mins then discussing with a partner etc

Really thought provoking - it made me think about my listening skills more generally.

I really enjoyed today's session and got a lot more from it than I expected. It has made me reflect on situations I've had in the past and how I could have dealt with them better, but also thinking about current facilitation and delivery and how I can improve these. I also feel that I have some tips I can take away for facilitating discussions online which is so helpful as something I didn't feel confident with at all. There are so many things that I will take away from today's session - thanks so much!
