Good course but I think we did not come to a conclusion as to what form of minute taking is best as there are so many variations of what we can do. Probably would have been better if we as an organisation could have given a perfect set as an example to the trainers to train against.

Really good refresher session, Kevin was really nice and insightful

The training was incredibly helpful and not once did I feel under pressure or like it was too confusing. Sereena the trainer was fantastic and made it a pressure free zone, was incredibly clear in instructions and tried to make it as relevant to our own work as possible.

A really lovely place to learn with a great teacher who helped keep the subject engaging throughout.
