Lovely venue Course was well structured Felt like a safe space

Has given me a lot more confidence and skills to deal with difficult behaviours and challenging situations. As somethings can be planned out in advance it will help with getting the right tone and use of words to achieve desired outcomes

A really engaging and challenging course. I feel like it was really useful (and hard) to spend a day thinking and talking about this stuff and practising different techniques to approach.

The session was rich with insights and well-structured. The facilitator ensured a high level of interactivity throughout, making the experience engaging and dynamic.

i find it so hard to do this from home - especially in school holidays, house was busy today so felt a bit distracted - that was why the 4 stars

The course was very helpful and covered all that I wanted to know. Daphne spent time on us as individuals in order to understand and assist with our queries. I was a little apprehensive with covering so much in 1 day, but the time flew by and I didn't feel too overwhelmed.

This was more of a refresher than a starter on SharePoint, but it did remind me of how much of a powerful tool this is.
