The training was excellent, well-paced and at an appropriate level. There was plenty of space to think about how we could apply PBI in our roles. I was pleased that it was a very practical, hands-on course that was focussed on the aspects of PBI we could pick up quickly and begin using right away. The venue was excellent too!

This is the second time I have had Sal for an Excel training session and she was amazing once again! Very engaging, spoke at a good pace, took time to validate everyone's questions and answer them properly. The content itself was helpful, especially having your own workbook to work on during the call.

I really learned so much today. Sal has a manner which is supportive and encouraging. Even with some technical issues, I was able to follow the group and feel much more confident to have a go and practice myself! Thank you :)

I didn't have any personal objectives. I didn't know what the course was aiming to achieve. I was invited with no context. Despite that, I am glad I was invited and it has given me some more tools for my toolbox

Really informative, had no idea there were so many options and that different styles/practices had a name, like Troika consult, conversation cafe, I had only really heard of wicked questions.
