Really useful for our teams. Mike broke it down really well into actionable plan and on terms that made sense to the team The words Project Management can often feel heavy or a burden but Mike took team on a journey that was sensible and achievable

Mike was fantastic he really listened and came up with on the spot solutions to challenges we were facing with our project planning. He demonstrated that theoretical knowledge could be applied to problem solve even without an in-depth knowledge of a business. He was great at making it perfectly relevant to our teams’ challenges and business.

Practical, hands-on, useful day

Training provider, Ebe, teaching skills were very well executed - well paced, informative and helpful. She was able to encourage the group to help each other, rather than solely relying on her to assist. She made sure that we understood why we were doing what we did in excel, which helped us learn and remember quicker.

Another enjoyable course.

Great course and content. Liked the pace of the course and that there was time to work on my own projects alongside what we were learning.
