I found it hard to get to the substance in a two day structure. The theory was ok but I did not get many takeaways from day 1.

Having not managed projects as part of my previous roles this was super helpful to be able to understand my role in it, but also each person's part and how I can better serve my team

I really felt like I took a lot away and was glad that the course was interactive. I was worried that we would just be talked at and i struggle in that type of environment.

I found the pace a little fast at first but the tutor slowed down and then I was able to keep up. Overall the course is very good, although some of the content will not be used for my line of work but I will practice so I don't forget it.
