The trainer was very good, I learned a lot of new things today. Maybe something small to make it slightly more fluent could be to make sure everyone is told what to prepare beforehand so everyone's more on the same page. I think the training description said this training was for people already familiar with the Absolute function for example, and I looked it up and practised it beforehand thinking it would not be covered (as I did not know it) and that I needed to be familiar with it already, but then a good number of people weren't familiar and hadn't prepared, so the training slowed down to cover that for a bit. That can make my focus go on and off especially with online courses. Just a personal preference though, I did learn a lot and found the trainer very patient and attentive to everyone's questions.

I had a wonderful time learning Visio with Paul. Hopefully, we can have him back for other trainings.

Considering we are on a virtual call, Sal did well to include us all and make it really interactive. it is nice having the courses in slightly smaller sessions as it helps with concentration and focus and you feel like you've got a lot out of it.

Good discussions and interesting thought provoking content. Paul is an excellent trainer.

An excellent use of two hours Engaging, interesting, fun, informative, confidence building Makes you realise that you are not alone and others are struggling in similar ways. Good to chat to people too - which is more difficult during pandemic conditions

The course was a useful mix of general as well as specifically online chairing tips, reflecting the new ways in which we are working. A really good course and facilitator, who enabled us to learn from each other as well as from him (as a good chair!) - so thank you!
