Very engaging and open. Made it about us and our involvement, rather than preaching at us. Very therapeutic manner and approach. The moments of reflection throughout were very useful.

I found the course useful, both because of the content, but also because it was very practical and engaging with lots of breaks. It was useful to get together as a team, on this subject, to remind ourselves about how to improve. The wider context of fitting in personal and family was also very useful for me.

This was an interesting, accessible and refreshingly interactive session that reinforced some common sense but also built on established methodologies to throw new light on interactions of all kinds. Nicky our facilitator made a long running time seem wholly palatable and fun and I'm glad I attended.
