Great introduction to teams - Found this really user-friendly, easy to follow and informative!

Really good introduction to teams. would have liked a little more on document sharing.

Very useful and interactive sessions, that showed many other features of MS teams other than meetings

The facilitator was very patient and helpful with all the techy problems attendees encountered. She made sure that no one was left out. Unfortunately these problems took a lot of time out of the session. The content was interesting but for me this was too much time spent on quite basic and easy features. I was hoping to cover more content in 90 min.

I loved the fast pace of this course and the fact you got to see the benefits that day.

Fantastic, supportive course ... gained so much, from such little time! Apart from the great tips and skills the overall structure made for a great reflective, focused and grounded week. Thank you!

Both the content and the facilitator were excellent. Personally it met my needs and introduced me to a number of tools and techniques to make sure the people attending a course are engaged and involved. The pace was perfect covering everything needed in the allotted time. My only criticism would be that I think some of the people who are not at all confident with zoom or technology already struggled more to understand bits.
