The course was very helpful and Darren was very good and patient with everyone and made people at ease.

I was quite nervous thinking about the feedback giving exercises but it was fun, relaxed and help natural. Really enjoyed this workshop.

Always so valuable to take time out from everyday work to spend time reflecting and speaking to colleagues about thier perspectiive. Feeling very positive :-)
