Thank you, this was calm, well paced and supportive with practical takeaways.

I liked the pace, probably a little short for me would have liked half a day but we covered a good deal. I would have liked more for managers in managing others in wellbeing and resilience but that is probably another course.

Pace was a bit faster that with the essentials session but loads packed in and the time just flew. Once again the trainer, Paul, was really open to questions and going over any points missed or not understood. Now formula arguments such as such as COUNTIF, COUNTA, IF and SUMIF have started to make sense.
