Serena was a brilliant, adaptable teacher

Overall the course was good, but as it was only an hour session there is not much I can really say about it, but I think I will definitely try the whole day course.

Deborah was a very knowledgeable & personable trainer - really good course. The course was good as a refresher for those of us who have attended other mastering customer service courses.
