Course is good for new managers and client facing and people mgt roles to strengthen their skills and knowledge.
A huge can of worms!! However, very interesting and I have learnt a lot!!!! I'll definitely be "playing".

I think the sessions are good that they are interactive but in the break out groups in can feel quite difficult if people don't talk much.
