The trainer was really engaging and took the time to go through examples. I have ADHD and it is often difficult for me to concentrate on topics for a long time, so it's really important for me to not feel embarrassed when i need to clarify things and the trainer allowed this safe space really well. It was encouraged to ask questions which I really liked. Thank you.

very well paced and good time keeping for the course

Ebeji is a great teacher and puts everyone at ease. She is very inclusive of everyone attending the course but does so in a way that no one feels pressured or uneasy. I found her teaching style extremely helpful and she gave me the confidence to actively participate in what we were being taught. I would have no hesitation in recommending the two excel courses I have so far attended with Happy. The course notes are very helpful and the support available following course attendance is also of great benefit. Thank you.

Venue was easy to find and a good location for training. Training was well-paced while covering a lot of ground.

Together, all the topics which was covered in module one has helped me to to step up and be mature as a leader. They guide me toward building a team culture rooted in trust, compassion, and shared growth a place where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to bring out  best my selves together.
