The facilitator was approachable and set everyone at ease whilst, at the same time, being knowledgeable and covering a great deal of material within the allotted time. I was surprised by the depth of the content but now understand why it is necessary to gain this level of understanding in order to use OneDrive effectively and confidently. In addition to this I am now aware of the fact that the 365 versions of Office applications contain useful new features that are not available in the current desktop versions.

The day flew by, which isn't an easy thing in a long day. Good balance of reading, listening and group exercises
