I thought Patrick was a really engaging trainer who made what could have been quite a dry subject interesting and understandable. I thought the pace could have been a little faster to get through more, especially at the beginning as we lost a fair bit of time doing introductions which didn't really feel necessary. Unfortunately as I had to leave early to collect my children from school I missed the section on pivot tables which was one of the main reasons I wanted to attend the training! Patrick also remembered that I needed to leave early and had earlier asked the group to shorten the lunch break to accommodate, which I really appreciated. Patrick was very good at answering questions in a very user friendly way that made some quite technical things feel a lot easier to understand for people who aren't hugely familiar with excel.
Selina was an amazing instructor we got really good understanding with of the subject and the information that she provided was really valuable for the framework
Small group size ideal, this was clearly an agile course as Selina was able to adjust focus on the needs of the group, which made for increased engagement, learning and retention.. no wasted time or staring out the window... Thank you!
I am enjoying this course, it has a good blend of online learning and activities to do before joining the session, and focused work during sessions on practicing the learned concepts. The pace is also good, we get to use what we learn each week in our daily interactions at work, to evaluate our growth in real time.

It was a great interactive session, Sal was an amazing teacher and she broke down the information really well and was really clear in instructions. Sal was really also really engaging and made it interesting as well with her personality too. Made it easier to learn.
