Learnt a lot and understood few points which i will take on board. mostly we feel we need to get our jobs done and thats it, but I've learnt that its important to empathise with people and feel their pains and needs

Very good course, like that it was interactive and Ebe got us to do things/find things out as I learn better by doing rather than just being told all the information.

Liked the structure of today - it is now a lot clearer what is required, and liked the chance to get started on some of the tasks

I enjoyed the sharing and working with the rest of the delegates. Good to be able to demonstrate we are all putting the learning into practice in the day job.

It was a really helpful session. I feel that I learned a lot about my presenting style and how I could improve the way in which I present. The facilitator was really approachable and made me feel comfortable. Feedback was given in a constructive way and solutions were provided to help me as a student of the course.
