It was a good balance of listening and participating. After lunch session was tricky on zoom so I felt a little more perky in the morning session. I also struggled to think of a situation to be menteed in so a heads up on that may be useful in future.

Loads of practical exercise but I would break the season in 2 days

The course was well managed and we all felt involved which is often tricky when hosted on Zoom. Jo was also very engaging, knowledgeable and approachable. I think that some more detail ahead of the course would've been beneficial to explain what was going to be covered so that we could ask any questions internally beforehand.

the course was ok. as with all these things there were some good things i've learnt. i thought it was very effective as a learning technique to have someone listen to you and repeat it back. there was one member of the course who was sometimes difficult. this no way in reflects negatively on the facilitator but the difficult person distracted from the learning a bit. i'm not sure what could be done about this really.

A good course, with lots of interaction between candidates/participants. Well structured and paced well allowing for team discussions and scrutiny of each issue.
