Really enjoyable session and have taken alot from today things I can take forward

Unfortunately, I had to leave the session for a couple of hours, so I missed out on a big chunk of content. Still, I found it thought provoking and I will take a couple of tips away with me.

Found the course very useful, and the questionnaires were helpful to determine how well I listen and particularly my style under stress.

Ebeji was a brilliant trainer - she explained everything clearly and made sure that we understood each process before moving on. I learnt so much in just 90 minutes.
