It was clear that Helen had thought hard about making the course relevant to our business. Vulnerable Customers is a wide-ranging topic, so the two valuable insights for me were to think of a systems-approach across the business; and the case study example clearly illustrated the pitfalls of providing solutions for vulnerable customers without listening to what is actually needed. All really useful, and could only have been provided by someone outside of the business.Response : Thank you Steven for sharing your comments. This course was a big eye opener and has made me more aware of how many people are struggling in the world and to be as empathetic as possible to all of our customers. I've worked in customer services for 25+ years. It's not often that you learn something new from a CS skills course, but I felt I did with Helen's course. I enjoyed the course and feel like i learned a lot more on how i can develop my skills. Helen was very engaging and i appreciate how she had time and the kindness to discuss things on a 1-1 level as well. She made us feel very comfortable and gave valuable resources.
