It was good to see how passionate Helen was about the training she provided. The training opened our eyes a little more compared to previous read/quiz courses and training. I felt the course was very thought provoking and Helen delivered the training with compassion but at the same time, ensuring this is workable in a financial services environment. For such a difficult subject to learn about the course was engaging and in depth. Considering the topic it was a really enjoyable course. Helen makes the space feel safe and non-judgemental.
