I've worked in customer services for 25+ years. It's not often that you learn something new from a CS skills course, but I felt I did with Helen's course. I liked the way the course itself was not pushy, instead it invited you to engage/comment yourself and share information amongst the participants. I enjoyed the course and found the information very useful; I definitely feel more confident in knowing how to handle more challenging phone calls. I liked being able to discuss things as a group and was very happy that there was no role play as I do not enjoy having to do this, and it made me feel less anxious.Response : Lisa, thank you for your feedback and thoughts. I enjoyed the course and feel like i learned a lot more on how i can develop my skills. Helen was very engaging and i appreciate how she had time and the kindness to discuss things on a 1-1 level as well. She made us feel very comfortable and gave valuable resources.
