the course refocused my attention more on the dealing of vulnerable customers and to think more about what the person you are talking to may be going through.

The course content was relevant to topic. Helen was very knowledgeable and patient, affording everyone the time to talk. It was helpful to hear the challenges that other teams face and how they address them. I also enjoyed the time where we broke off into smaller groups

I absolutely loved the course and I found it valuable to my role. It was very engaging and went into depth on what Vulnerabilty is and what it means. I have learnt how to use phrases like “how would you like me to help you?” And thinking the customer may just want to chat, so being available and giving them my attention. Thank you!
