Good mix of presenting and group participation. Could do with a little longer for the break outs. 3 hours could have been a better length overall with a 15min break

Really interesting content and well delivered although Friday afternoon is a difficult time to keep focused! . Some of the break out sessions took a while to get the conversation going so could have done with a bit longer. It would have been useful to know in advance that additional work required inbetween sessions so we could plan time for this.

Lou and Clay are a great pairing, they provide a good counterpoint to each other, Lou exudes energy and enthusiasm and Clay is measured and thoughtful. A challenging course, but that of course is the purpose of it; it's thought provoking.

Interesting subject matter and conversations that developed in the session. I like the focus on inclusivity, humility, fear of failure. I agree that these are important leadership qualities. I'm still struggling with how to make concrete commitments and actions, although I agree it's important to actually turn talking into action which so often gets lost with training. I manage 2 members of staff so don't see myself as particularly senior so I'm thinking of the areas where I can have influence in the areas we discussed.

Great to see D&I coming to life and for us as managers to understand the role we have in creating safe spaces to enable an inclusive culture. Safe spaces kept coming up in discussion so something we should focus on... it speaks to the feedback Abstract received on this blame culture we seem to still be holding onto. We as managers need to role model it's ok to make mistakes if we are to improve. We need to make sure we are approachable and people are not left to 'fail' and accept the 'consequences' Great course with really engaging facilitators
