Some of the concepts about the 3 stages of coaching were hard to grasp but overall the session was very useful and were an effective prompt for taking action.

Useful course adding value

Overall very good, however, would suggest session 10-4 with lunch and one break. Could easily condense/speed up some of the slides to avoid it being an “all day session”. But on the whole very interesting training.

It was worthwhile

Very good day. Found the part of the session looking at the area of the brain and how we process information very interesting. I thought it was done well to show how the processing of information then filters in to our daily work.

Lots of takeaways. Loved the goal setting exercise, really important that leaders stand alongside us with what we need to achieve goals.

It would be good if a local course could have been held i.e Birmingham or Manchester as expenses for many of us to travel to canary wharf

The trainers were excellent and enthusiastic but course not relevant to our role.
