good to get a chance to talk about important subjects with colleagues. thought provoking.
The course is really interesting, and having others from different teams helps put a different perspective on the issues that we are discussing.
It is very imformative and really made me think about a few things that I will also give further thought to afterwards
appreciate having the time to discuss these issues with other managers. Listening is really important skill for managers and really frustrating if you feel like you're not being listened to - good to give this some thought. Occasionally the style fall into TED talk territory and feels a bit life coachy.
This is very informative and is helping to influence how I plan to interact with my team and colleagues in the future.

It's a difficult one to measure. Interesting topic but not one I believe my current position in abrdn would lend itself to requiring. There were interesting points raised and I enjoyed the speakers discussion.
