I thought the guessing the brand statement was really good way to see how other people perceived you and would have been interesting to do a few more people.

Would be good to get a copy of there slide deck used by the facilitators

Content was good however more time is needed to think over the actions we will be undertaken.

Good, quite abstract at times and hard to get my head around. I would like discussion about practical ways to progress.

really interesting, listening and interactive (good balance) and felt safe in discussing the subject matter. The 'assimilation' topic was a little difficult to understand.

Both facilitators were engaging, good mix of course content and break out rooms.

This session opened up my thought process into how I interact with individuals in both my professional and personal life and how holistic my approach is. I am taking away some really good feedback from other colleagues, and it was really useful to hear this from other areas other than mine.

I feel that we need more thinking space on this and more context in terms of EDI.

I feel it's too early for me to really know what the impact of this will be on my career
