Great content - and by necessity quite fast paced, so some things that I'd like to dig into can't be, but that's the nature of a shared course rather than one to one!

I thought it was good balance between presentation and reflection in groups Lots of pointers and thoughts Maybe more practical examples of what we can do in our areas - what best practice looks like

very enjoyable subject - I particularly enjoyed the case studies/ stories. It would be helpful to go through some specific tools, steps, do's & don'ts that we can take back to our teams.

Workshops are really helpful - offer practical solutions. Good to share experiences with colleagues. Also a good eye opener in terms of addressing my own bias.

the materials are really great. I think there are a lot of practical takeaways from these sessions, even if it's just one or two that are put into practise, these can make some real impact. John's analogies are helpful and Charlotte's top tips are brilliant.

appreciate having the time to discuss these issues with other managers. Listening is really important skill for managers and really frustrating if you feel like you're not being listened to - good to give this some thought. Occasionally the style fall into TED talk territory and feels a bit life coachy.
