Today was very different to the other workshops. Not as engaging. Flipping through slides too quickly but repeating sayings. Didn't feel I got as much out of this one unfortunately

An excellent session with guest speaker Andrew Jenkins, with an incredible outlook and view on life. Very inspirational. In addition the theories are so helpful to interpret and incorporate.
