I couldn’t make the September module 1 with my cohort so was put on this one, however it was focused on healthcare. As a result, a lot of the discussion and scenarios were irrelavant to my role and I’m worried that I may have missed some of the value I would have got in a more commercial session.

A very engaging and thought-provoking workshop. It encouraged me to reflect on how leadership strategy, communication, trust and staff development align with organisational goals. I particularly valued the practical discussions and examples that I can apply within my own service.
