This was a very different type of day compared to the previous workshops. Focusing more on the emotional intelligence of yourself as a leader rather than methodology which I personally enjoyed

Very enjoyable and interesting day. The topic was interesting and relevant to the role of line manager. The delivery was great, we were provided with many opportunities to work in breakout rooms to go through topics and link them back to real world examples.
