Great enjoyable course. Room was cold, thankfully I took my winter coat so wore that. Venue was nice although a nightmare place to get in and out of the city centre at the start/end times.
Enjoyed the day, Helen was a great host and speaker i learnt a lot from her and enjoyed the section on nervous system regulation & resilience!
Really informative training, enjoyed the discussions we were able to have as a group.
