Another fantastic learning experience, thankful to Andrew for sharing his journey as many part of the discussion resonated with me against my own experiences.

A reflective session that allowed me to really think about where other people may be in their personal and professional lives and how I can lead to get the best out of them.

This session gave me more than any other to date. This content should have been provided at the start of the course. Seems odd to wait till module 7.

The first learning pod, was good to reflect on the first module session along with looking into what’s ahead. We also used the session to reflect on what we’ve learnt and implemented since the first session.

Really good session, went through a lot of content on what we are going through in the business o was very relevant.
