The course form an integral part of my work hence, I enjoyed the workshop

Presenter excellent . Content excellent. But my issue is we arent imo making the best use of the workshop forum. We could review these models and concepts on our own prior to the workshop e.g. via learning journey / webinar. in these workshops we could then engage in a less theoretical abstract way and a more contextualised and applied one. E.g. review examples or staged videos of coaching sessions and debate what we were doing a given situation e.g. notice a metaphor give feedback so not a comment on the facilitators who’ve been great more a thought about the approach to the pedagogy which I think should be changed.

an enjoyable workshop

I really enjoyed the session Martyn was engaging and approachable. OARS model I liked it's something I will use. On reflection I feel less worried than yesterday as Martyn provided some great tips at the end of the session.
