The concepts, frameworks/models were useful and these appeared aligned well with the material, so it was clear how the content supported the assignment.
Very jargon heavy, felt unstructured, trainer spent a lot of time pushing use of his own self built app on us - should surely be using standard tooling?

Very informative, well presented and excellent PowerPoint presentation to use for module
Left it feeling extremely frustrated and disillusioned, despite being on track until this module. Too much tasks and content pushed makes it overwhelming and not SMART, resulting in obvious disengagement from the entire cohort. There seems to be an unrealistic expectation that does not take into account people still have their full time jobs to do - yet the content is delivered like it would be to a full time student.
Looking at the workbook for mod 6, it wasn’t until around 12 noon when content of the course started to be relatable. Breakout rooms were too long for the scenario, although the content was good and useful.
A great day, that allowed me to reflect on myself as a manager and leader. Also to reflect on how my team may see me. Enjoyed the models and learning about communication.
Good time keeping of the course, good breaks in between
