It was very relaxing and I can only put it down to a great team of students and the lecturer was spot on.

Good start to module 3

Dry engaging and informative

Today was very different to the other workshops. Not as engaging. Flipping through slides too quickly but repeating sayings. Didn't feel I got as much out of this one unfortunately

I found the format of the session difficult in that there was not a lot of time spent with the facilitator talking through the models- it was a brief look at the presentation and then a lot of break out rooms. I would have preferred to spend more time on the slides and understanding the models from the facilitators expert perspective.

Obviously connection issues were an issue so would be good to attend Andrew's talk's in person.

Good bite size workshop...

Enjoyed the leadership theories not so much the cultural relativism Sad how theories going back decades identify what works but still in 2026 the evidence is not heeded

Working in HR we already cover and consider a lot of this. I was surprised by the structure of the session. It felt more like another workshop, whereas I thought it had been billed as an action learning group session so had expected it to be more of a build in workshop 1 and how we apply it day to day.
