The over all course made we think about the different styles of influencing, Looking at these styles I realised that I actually use all 4 depending on the situation.

Very fast

I felt very overwhelmed that day. I think because I am a beginner, there was a lot of professionals asking indepth questions and to be honest I felt drained and exhausted.

This is not a reflection on the trainer, but more about the content- it just felt quite dry.

I think this session is person specific and would be better 1-2-1-1

I enjoyed the learning but found the number of break out rooms quite fatiguing.

Nice to meet in person.

A lot of information

Helen was a wonderful instructor, however the content of the workshop felt quite rushed and not all that clear. We moved through everything quickly and it felt quite difficult to always fully understand the purpose and context.
