Good to get together in person and connect with others on the course.

Helen was a wonderful instructor, however the content of the workshop felt quite rushed and not all that clear. We moved through everything quickly and it felt quite difficult to always fully understand the purpose and context.

Found the workshops to be productive and challenging. Discussions as a group and trying to explain preconceived thoughts and feelings opened up new questions and I felt the course made me look inwards to how I would approach situations.
