The course content was strong, including a mix of theory, policy and practice. The delivery was incredibly information heavy. There were five breakout group sessions which offered some contrast to reading from PP slides. However, most of the day required participants to listen to information detailing techniques, statistics and theory. This was an unrealistic expectation given the volume of information. A discussion format or working groups dynamic would have been a better aid to learning.

Excellent session. Jason answered all our questions and explained concepts we covered before but forgot about. It worked well as a revision for coaching and introduction to mentoring.

The pre activity was very relevant

This workshop felt the most practical (alongside perhaps Module 1) as I could really see how this could apply to my organisation and also the assignments. It was immediately relevant whereas some of the others I struggled to put into my context.

I really enjoyed the workshop and Helen is excellent!
