Really enjoyed this shift towards the psychological delivery of coaching.

Whilst this was a very content full day, the session was extremely beneficial. I enjoyed exploring psychological considerations and the tools, techniques, and approaches that professional coaches can use to respond to these. The session was very thought provoking.

Great session, however slight barrier is some individuals won't wear headsets which leads to feedback, not an issue just something that impacts.

Lots of information and notes. It may be useful to have some time to explore how we can effectively note take in coaching sessions, to ensure relevant capturing of coachees voice

Personally , i didn't learn much new content . The theories were interesting but i do a lot of what was discussed in my day to day role anyway.

Really insightful and provocative.

I thought it was great but it was trying to pack a lot of info into one day!
