I really enjoyed it. Some part were a bit more difficult for me to talk about even though I am already practicing these things
The lesson was enjoyable it was hard going as so long and new back to learning but I learnt a lot.
I am finding the pods hard as they don't sync up with the main content
It felt a little repetitive but the case studies were useful to work through. It was a shame that Martyn had to cope with so many interruptions through the day!
I wasn’t really sure how the content related to the first pod it felt very different to the other improvements and like we were going over stuff we’ve already done
I thoroughly enjoyed today's workshop. Claire made it informative and helped me consolidate my previous learning regarding the coach-coachee relationship, particularly in relation to personal values, self-awareness, and potential biases. The workshop also encouraged me to explore stakeholders in greater depth and consider the various roles and levels of involvement they may have within a coaching environment.
