Jason led the session very well and brought brilliant energy -the session itself was quite dense and information heavy which made it difficult at times and there was a lot of complex theory to try and understand.

As with the other sessions, it's packing a lot in one day so it felt a little whistlestop at times.

Very useful and interesting session.

Good information and productive discussions

The residential day was genuinely worthwhile, giving me space to step back, think clearly, and connect with colleagues in a way that felt open, honest, and productive; the conversations were grounded, the pace felt right, and I left with a stronger sense of purpose.
