I really enjoyed the content. The only suggestions I have is some parts e.g. WAP could have been better linked to DCP current process and that something from the Exec on their view of the subject would have been useful.

I feel it is hard to do a course of this type over teams. You are able to get more interaction and discussion going face to face however the trainers did a good job at trying to engage people. There were some very useful tools to assist leaders/managers.
