Both of the trainers were excellent, engaging and well spoken. The course content was good but there was a lot of information. I appreciate previous feedback meant having to send further information to read in our own time, but trying to set time aside for extra things is not always possible. Whilst I understand the meaning of the introductions as I didn't know some of the Dorset people and none of the D&C people, maybe that content could be removed and people write in the chat instead. Maybe the course could start promptly at 9am and this could give another 45 mins to the course? the pre read at lunch time.... I would rather know there would be a test/quiz afterwards. I had to read it twice to find the answers. More positives.... I did take home quite a lot and already passed some info verbally to friends - being positive, small wins, I have listened to some of the sleep downloads, tips for laughter and smiling. Thank you Are we allowed to send any of the course details to others outside of law enforcement. I would be very interested in seeing the sleep presentation - would you be able to present at the well being fest that we have?
A good insight to signs of mental health and how best to support someone, the content was well delivered
From the point of view of looking after my mental health I found the morning really interesting and will hopefully use some of the suggested tools to aid me. I would recommend it to everyone. Re the afternoon and how to help our colleagues, although helpful, without being able to remove the fundamental causes of work-related stress, we are very limited in what we can do.
Delivery over teams is difficult with other priorities. I did enjoy the interactive parts with QR codes and so on.
A very good course delivered by subject matter experts. Thanks
Very useful. Has given me lots to think about.
Content was good, I feel that I would have learned more and explored the subject more if this was in person with more free flowing conversation
Long day and could have had the pre-reads earlier.
