The instructor hit points that were critical and also very informative.

I believe our instructor Eugene Hamric did an outstanding job during this course. The only way I believe the course can be improved is to extend the class another week. Two weeks of four hour classes is difficult to learn and retain all that is required to take the certification exam. Other than that, the class provided enough resources and a knowledgeable instructor.

Eugene was very helpful in taking this course. I have taken security + classes before and he has been the best teacher I have had so far.

KJ is a great instructor. Keeps you involved. Doesn't let you get away without being part of the class. That is, he prompts you to respond to questions if he doesn't see you answer after two or so. Very personable and knowledgeable . Great smile. People friendly. We are never just "wrong." He directs you to the correct line of thinking.

The labs were better overall since they were more flexible

Instruction was detailed and laid out well. I did find my distracted, just from being at home, but that is on me. I need to buckle down and concentrate on the course and materials in front of me.

Mr. Shuja was very thorough in explaining the material and applying relatable experiences to the material for extra upstanding.
