Beneficial material and educated/experienced instructor made this class great.

First class to take remotely and definitely a different feel versus in a classroom environment. The instructor did a good job given the subject matter. You have really to be dynamic when explaining components of the service value system and Mr. Ward pulled it off well. Enjoyed the class and good to chat with other veterans.

There was a large amount of information taught during the course and I will definitely need to work hard to ensure I retain and absorb it all. The information was presented well by the instructor and he included real world examples of most of the content which helped me understand those areas better.

course is only two weeks, thats way to short.

I was disappointed that a downloadable book or hard copy book was not provided.

I wish there were more time for the course in order to cover main subjects more in depth. Recommend class be extended an extra week or a few days at least. Instructor Troy did his best with the time he has but I don't believe its enough time overall.

I would like more student interaction and activities set for net+ the overall content felt rushed

Wish that there was some kind of interaction with the teacher and class. The teacher just talked the whole 4 hours.

The course is too fast-pace. At first we all thought the instructor was going too fast, but it turns out we were almost behind. If this course was spread to three weeks each instead of two, it would help out a lot. The instructor, Troy Athmann, was okay, although he definitely seemed too uptight sometimes in a military way. I think he did the best with what he was given, which was too fast of a course.
