The instructor was very knowledgeable and took his time thoroughly explaining all the content. Rich also used lots of real-life non-IT scenarios making the content much easier to comprehend.

I liked it a lot . But for me I still need more study time. This was a great lesson learn.

This course is great for someone that has some knowledge in IT. For me not knowing IT - this was hard to grasp and understand the material. The instructor and class were very engaging but this class needs to be extended for two weeks. Very knowledgeable instructor!

1. I thought the course was great and very well presented. Happy that class was only 4 hrs due to the amout of time required for homework. 2. Randy was EXTREEMLY knowledgeable - couldn't stump him. Was very willing and welcomed us to contact after class with questions. 3. Very good, allot in a short amount of time. Really like that we have all of the course material to take with us when in the field.

The instructor, Randy Smith, was awesome and so was the course material! It is a lot to take in over the course of two weeks and requires a lot of extra work on the side to be able to memorize and learn all the material. Randy was a big help though, he is always there for his students and always willing to explain anything over and over until you understand.

Randy is awesome, I just wish the class speed was slowed down a bit so some people could retain the information better.

The courses offer challenges and goals that are attainable if you put the work in it. These courses are the most rewarding and enjoyable I have ever taken. The fact that the knowledge gained may be applied to real life situations made it very rewarding and learning it in a team environment made it enjoyable. A valuable investment. Thank you Josh and all my classmates!

Sean's style was extremely helpful, informative and easy to comprehend. Really enjoyed his teaching methods and added to my confidence level. Thanks Sean!

I really enjoyed the way Sean didn't use power points to teach the lessons. I wish I could have Sean for every class!!!!
