The class was great and the instructor was great too, I really enjoyed it!

The instructor, Mr. Shuja Ahmad, showed an impeccable level of professionalism and knowledge. The courses provided was impactful. Mr. Shuja keep the class involved and entertaining.

Mr. Ahmad Shuja gave a very detailed instructions in this course and he increased my understanding of the ITIL 4 course.

Teacher was very good he went to the speed of the class, always asked if we understood what we were going over in all the class, kept the class fun when i saw it was a power point class i was kinda worried but it was a great class i got a lot to review before the test.

I thought that the instructor was professional, he explained every topic extremely well that I felt comfortable with what I learned in every lesson

I genuinely enjoyed the course and the instructor Mr. Hamric. I think all classes should offer enough time to go through the labs and the course content. it makes it easier to have questions answered.

I truly enjoyed the course. Once again, Instructor KJ did not disappoint. He was delightful and very knowledgable. The course was intriguing and engaging.
