I honestly enjoy it for the most part somethings could be improved.

i appreciated the patience with the instructors. understanding in regards to the difficulty with the course with other life pressures. have no complaints with the structure/syllabus of the course. website makes it easy to complete tasks from home computer.

Course could've been structured chronologically better. The AI prompting and scripting could've been put at the beginning vs the end.

Overall, the course has been challenging. Mainly because the enrollment process doesn't fully set someone up for success on the first day or what to fully expect upon attending the program. One of the reviews seen online stated that there wasn't a reasonable expectation when it came to the amount of time needed to study outside of class. It wasn't until being in class that it was articulated that the expectation especially for someone "new" to IT is that at least an additional 4+ hours. Also, from the beginning, the course should bring in the AI lesson not wait until the end. That sets everyone up for failure because now you're showing us a tool to help us really study after we could've been applying it throughout the 4 weeks of A+. Having the first week of the program being more of a get acclimated to the program, curriculum and ways in which to study would be more beneficial. The utilization of AI should also be spoke to throughout the course as it will help the students to best utilize it during each subject.

A bit short for such a technical area like networking. Fast paced was expected but grasping the concepts in class was a bit difficult even though the instructor was great at stopping and clarifying when asked.

Ms. Janine Wiggins was very helpful and taught us so much in a short amount of time. However, I feel confident with the tools that were provided to me, and I am grateful that this class was included in the program. I am thankful to have Ashley Rapp also as a human resource she was very helpful and came with a lot of quick and helpful suggestions during her time in the class as well.
