course is great including the instructor! time was the only factor that played in effect to me not being able to comprehend a lot of the information. beyond that, great class

Great course to start and instructor did a great job teaching it.

I have no real criticisms of the course its self in relation to ACI, ACI's instructor, or ACI's learning methodologies. Everything is great. If anyone cares what I think about ITIL as professional frame work? meh 6/10

Great course! Just a lot of information to digest in such a short period of time. but it was well instructed. Enjoyed it.
