Here's a polished overall comment you can use: The CompTIA A+ course, combined with AI prompting, was an amazing learning experience that exceeded my expectations. Throughout the course, I gained a much deeper understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, troubleshooting methodologies, cybersecurity fundamentals, mobile devices, virtualization, and cloud computing. The hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios helped me build confidence in diagnosing and resolving technical issues while strengthening my problem-solving skills. One of the most valuable aspects of the course was learning how to effectively use AI prompting as a study and learning tool. AI helped me reinforce difficult concepts, generate practice questions, explain technical topics in different ways, and guide me through troubleshooting processes step by step. This made learning more interactive, efficient, and engaging. The instructors presented the material in a clear, organized, and encouraging way, making even complex topics easier to understand. I now feel much more prepared to pursue CompTIA A+ certification and apply these skills in an IT support or help desk environment. This course not only expanded my technical knowledge but also increased my confidence in my ability to continue learning and growing in the IT field. Overall, this was an outstanding course that I would highly recommend to anyone interested in starting or advancing a career in information technology. The combination of comprehensive CompTIA A+ training and AI-assisted learning created an incredibly positive experience that made studying more effective, enjoyable, and rewarding. all instructors were amazing Robin, Lee and Josh!

Learned alot in a quick time with great teaching methods.

The material was all new to me but it definitely helped prepare me for the test and basics in the industry

The course is designed very well, but not enough hands on to help those who may need physical assimilation to aid in their understanding. The labs were a bit challenging at times as well. There needs to be some variation to the answers when the response may be correct, but the wording is capitalized, or answer is abbreviated vs being fully written out. There's an understanding if the answer may be a code (since those need to be written specific to the letter / number).

The course itself and my instructor were excellent. I learned a lot and was able to broaden my knowledge base. The only thing I took issue with was the 1202 labs.

Way too fast paced. Course book is a pain to navigate. Majority of Labs are worthless. No physical hands on training is a huge disappointment.

Overall, I enjoyed the program, but I believe the CompTIA a+ portion could be improved significantly. The material felt rushed, making it difficult to full retain the concepts needed to be successful on the certification exam. I think the curriculum should be structured better on the learning platform and website. I should be organized in a way for students be able to access the study materials , objectives, labs that are required to receive vouchers, and practice resources without having to search for them. Additionally, Core 1 (1201) and Core 2 (1202) should be taught as separate sections since they are technically a two part exam. It should be dedicated instruction and assessments. Having a midterm and final exam for each core. This would allow students to build a stronger understanding of each domain before moving on. This approach would better prepare students for the certification exam and improve overall learning outcomes..

There's a great lack in hands on activities, a lot of the quizzes and questionnaires were very silly and redundant, most questions are to easy and others are simply broken and mark you wrong for the select answer, and some are worded incorrectly and don't provide a correct answer. The labs are atrocious and should be completely reworked or removed all together. I find much better resources for free online and from youtube that provide much better explanations, insights, questionnaires and reviews. Dave, our instructor, was fantastic and is the only thing making this course learnable and possible.

As a student here at ACI I feel like I have officially been set up for success and have been given all the proper tools to be successful in job searching and also getting my certifications... Love how much the instructors put their dedication and time into each and everyone. You don't see that often and it speaks highly of the school.
