Multiple choice questions focusing on successful outcomes I.e., avoid none of the above, misconceptions, etc. Interesting concepts in particular pre-questions that might be useful before watching video tutorials etc.

As a TA, I found the training very interesting & engaging. However, we heavily rely on teachers using the strategies regularly, this doesn't always happen.
