As a teaching assistant attending i felt this course was more aimed at teachers and we can possibly only help when it comes to implementing change in classrooms around teaching with their direction. However I hope that some of the teachers do take alot away from today.
It was a good session, but I would have preferred to have seen strategies and role-plays of beneficial feedback to use in an FE environment. It was based primarily on research, so there was not a lot that I could physically take away.
As someone who’s been doing this a while (>30 years) there was nothing new for me here, but it served as a good refresher.
