Daniel is charismatic and made the course both informational and interesting. I now feel more confident in handling challenging situations more effectively.

I feel like I have a comprehensive understanding of children's behaviour and how children work up to the challenging behaviour they present when upset. I preferred the practical side, however this was a personal preference and not the fault of delivery. Delivery was very engaging with the constant use of real life situations and examples
