I enjoyed the training. He went through the polices clearly and took his time to make sure we understood the technique. Overall James did a good job.

Scott was brilliant, very easy to get along with & made me feel comfortable which I feel is important as we were all strangers. Scott was very clear in his presenting skills & full of knowledge. Would give him 10 stars if possible! Highly recommend him & his training skills. Thanks again Scott you were amazing :)
